I have been having persistent vomiting since october and have recently been vomiting faeces due to a bowel blockage. I also have a heavy feeling on the right side of my face, night sweats, hot feelings, severe bloating and constipation, dizziness, and significant weight loss. Have had last year: OGD, CT head, renal ultrasound, MRI abdo, bloods - IgA very low ???
