Hi, I Have Been Having The Following Symptoms For Some

Hi,
I have been having the following symptoms for some time now. I am fairly active, have kids, work in the yard, go to the gym 3 x a week. I have an enlarged thyroid with a small goiter that I just had checked. My thyroid functions from blood test is low but in normal range. I’m over weight by 50 pounds. (Ugh)

Off and on I get really tired and my joints in my legs, hips, knees and ankles hurt along with muscle aches in my thighs. My calves and stomach muscle cramp easily at times. I have tingling in my hands and my forearms feel achy. (I’ve had test for carpel tunnel, it’s not that). This seems cyclical. It’s difficult to sleep with the pain even taking Tylenol. Then sometimes I feel fine but I always seem to have less energy then I use to.

I also have occasional feeling of a lump in my throat and sometimes the lump is in the upper part of my throat and then moves down. It goes away and comes back. It appears to be more on the right side. My right ear feels clogged and I have tension in the front of my neck and my glands are slightly swollen . I have ringing in my right ear at times.

Thank you
