Hi, I Have Been Sick For About Two Weeks. First

Hi, I have been sick for about two weeks. First it started with fatigue, muscle aches and chills. Then progressed to a wet cough. Now for the past 3 days about, Ive had a really bad sore and inflamed throat, and dry sometimes wet cough. Ive tried ibuprofen, tylenol, and sucrets for my sore throat and nothing is helping. What should I do?
