Hi , I Have Bit On My Hand , It

Hi , I have bit on my hand , it has produced a large bump ,there was swelling but with resting and wrapping my hand for 3 days ... the swelling has sussided . However still have the bump and the finger closest to the bite has stiffness in the joints and the finger is a little numb . There is no longer in fever in the area ... it has been 10 days since the bite Should I be concerned ? thank you
