Hi, I Have Bought Some Royal Jelly For Energy, When

Hi, I have bought some Royal Jelly for energy, when I opened it, it had crystallized. The Pharmacist told me to take a minute amount under my tongue, but the instructions on the little jar say's one teaspoon twice daily. As this cost 25 euro for a 120g jar I would like to know if it is safe because it has crystallized and how much should I take. Thank you, Regards, Helen
