Hi, I Have Had A Sharp Stabbing Pain In My

Hi, I have had a sharp stabbing pain in my left flank for about a month, and now it's especially severe. Also I have a mild fever and cough, but I'm not sure if those are related to the pain. I am 25, female, overweight, with a good diet and exercise at least 4 times a week.
