Hi, I Have Issues With What Feels Like Consistent Tension

Hi, I have issues with what feels like consistent tension throughout my nervous system. It kind of feels like jitters with my whole body. It is not anxiety because I have stayed very relaxed. It is very insufferable because I can't sleep at all! It's so bad that my right eye even twitches a lot. I get plent of calcium, magnesium, and potassium, so I don't know why this is. Possible factors: I used to have a fair deal of caffiene (300mg daily), but I have NOT taken caffeine in months and still feel jitters. I have started a higher protein diet (100g/day) and the phosphorus or amino acids could give me the jitters. I lift heavy weights every other day (1 hour long workouts). I used to masturbate a lot each weekend (no masturbation mon-fri, but 5-8 times on saturday). All of these factors I have mentioned could have caused my nervous system tension, but I don't know what to do! Im trying to not masturbate, but I still want to lift weights and eat plenty of protein for my goals. What do I do?!
