Hi, I Have Some Swelling And Or Fluid On My

Hi, I have some swelling and or fluid on my right side just under ribs and pain from mid back to mid front. I have just noticed my urine smells bad and I have a small, 3-6 spots, rash in the centre of the area that is painful. I am female 3 years post hysterectomy, 45 years old, weigh 54kg, height 5ft and currently have a viral sinus infection.
