Hi, I have suffered for 7 years now with chronic mouth ulcers, I understand that mouth ulcers are painful and hurt when you eat but these are not the kind of mouth ulcers I get. 7 years ago I got my first one, what they are is a mouth ulcer on the inside of my cheek, it turns green and swells up that side of my face, blocks whatever ear it is on the side of, it makes that side of my throat swell and gives me pain in my head on that side. A month ago I got one for the first time at the back of my throat, about level with my tongue, I had never got one there before. What came with it was the above like usual but also was chest pains and diarrohea. I then 2 weeks later got on on the other side of my throat and I have never been so ill. As well as the usual I also had chronic diarrhoea, and by chronic I mean every 5 minutes, now I know what you are thinking, no one can go every 5 minutes he probably means every hour. I promise you that I was having diarrohea every 5 minutes and it was coming out green, as well as this diarrohea I was also having hallucinations, I was speaking to a young boy for 45 minutes in my room about Maths before I realised what was happening. In the end I was about to wear an adult nappy as I just could not sleep due to needing to get up and go to the toilet. I had never had such a painful headache, this lasted about 7 days these symptoms. It took me over a further 2 weeks of just laying in bed exhausted, the smallest thing would make me tired. I have been to the doctors many times and they prescribe tablets that don't do anything, when I am referred to the hospital I am told every time "Mouth ulcers are very common". But these are not just mouth ulcers, I get mouth ulcers about twice a month of the normal kind, however, these terrible ulcers I get I get about once every 2 months. But like I said I had one for the first time at the back of my throat a month ago, and as soon as that went I had another one there. I am a 22 year old male and am healthy, nothing like this has been reported in my family before, they did my blood test and said everything was fine. I am not allergic to anything either or under any stress. When I first went to the hospital they told me it was my wisdom teeth cutting my cheek and causing the ulcer, so I had them out, but they continued. Can someone please help.
