Hi, I Have What Looks Like A Blood Blister Right

Hi, I have what looks like a blood blister right above my right ankle. I noticed it Friday, It had bled and dried. When I noticed I cleaned it w/ peroxide. It is a little red around it and seemed ok, However, now there are two other indented spots right below it, which were not there this morning. They do not stick out, and it you run your finger over it you can not feel them, but look like they could be white scabs.
