Hi ,I just got the result of my transvaginal ultrasound (the uterus is normal in size6.4-5.3-3.2cm..Hypoechoic nodules are seen with in the wall of the corpus M1-fundal sub serous 0.9-0.6cm M2-posterior intramural 0.9-0.9 cm M3 anterior intramural 1.0-0.8cm M4 posterior intramural 1.1 -0.8cm the endometrial stripe is thin measuring 6.9mm no gestational sac noted. The cervix unremarkable. The right ovary measures 3.9-2.3-1.8cm while the left measures 2.8-1.8-1.3cm there's is no signs of adnexal mass seen. Minimal free fluid seen with in the posterior cul de sac. IMPRESSIONS: normal size uterus with thin endometrium. Uterine myomata.. Normal sonogram of the ovaries.. Non specific fluid, posterior cul de sac... This is the result of my ultrasound if you can tell me about it. Because my next schedule for my OB dated next month.. If you can explain it pls.
