Hi, I Lost My Voice ( Not Completely)a Week Ago

Hi, I lost my voice ( not completely)a week ago which happened overnight without any symptoms.No weezing, no tiredness, although talking hurts a bit. 5 days after this I developed an itchy feeling in my lungs which resulted in having to cough.The cough is dry, no mucus. This is at it's worst early in the morning while still in bed. Once up, it gets better. Is this bronchitis? I had a similar thing last year for the first time in my life where I had itchy lungs but I also had a nose cold then.
