Hi. I noticed about 3pm today that my right leg (calf muscle) felt tender (as if I had a Charlie horse). Didn't notice while sitting - only while walking. When got home this evening, noticed a "dent" in the muscle above my ankle (towards bottom of calf). I'm 40, breast cancer survivor for 3 years. Saw my Dr recently for a physical and because I was experiencing some lightheadedness in the afternoons, and some swelling in my ankles from time to time. Bloodwork revealed cholesterol of 276, but low blood pressure (110/70). Not on any meds. Dr just said to lose 20 pounds (to get where I was before cancer treatment) and that my cholesterol would probably go back down. And that I probably have some vein damage from chemo and to drink lots of water. I've lost 5 pounds so far, but was very worried when I got home this evening with the dent & calf pain. Should I be worried? Make another appointment in the AM? Go to an emergency room immediately? Help.
