Hi, I Noticed My Groin From My Leg To My

Hi, I noticed my groin from my leg to my testicles was white when I was shaving (I'm black). After a bath it now appears reddish/raw, kind of like my skin's been eaten, seems mostly dry and still has a few white-ish patches at the borders. It's not itchy, or tender. I also noticed a small area, when I pulled back my foreskin, that was similarly orange/reddish, under my glans, again kind of like something just stripped off the pigment layer.
