Hi, I Stepped On A Sewing Needle This Morning (approx

Hi, I stepped on a sewing needle this morning (approx 7.30am) it's now 5.30pm, it bleed a small amount this mornings big, the needle did not break, however now my foot is sore a swollen. I put a anti-bacterial cream on it, and have just finished soaking my feet in a disinfectant bath spa (dettol). Thinking if it's still sore and swollen in the morning I should go and see a doctor???? And perhaps find out when my last tetanus jab was. (Not that the needle was rusty etc)
