Hi I Tend To Get Chest Discomfort On My Left

Hi

I tend to get chest discomfort on my left side when not well rested, or been up too long...

Lately i developed acute intestinal infection due to eating way too much seafood, which resulted in constipation for a few days, and the runs afterwards.

so I havent eaten anything yesterday, and today i've been feeling the same chest discomfort as before....could be be from the lack of salt intake or something similar?
I still have the runs, mildly...went tot he toilet twice today so far...but otherwise i dont feel any other discomfort
