Hi, I Took One Whole Gram Of Mdma Last Night.

Hi,
I took one whole gram of mdma last night.
I used it in about 220 mg portions over the course of 6 hours or so.
I tried to fall asleep but i just couldn't drift away.
An hour or 3 later i started getting a heavy headache and a sore throat came up, also i was very nauseaus.
I have done mdma a fair few times earlier, but this was my largest ammount in one night.
Now my question is, i have school tommorow at 8 AM, and tuesday i have to go to work.
My conditions have improved a bit, but my stomach is still a little upset and i still have a sore throat, and it feels like every last bit of seratonin is depleted in my body.
Will these conditions get worse the upcoming days?
Would i be able to go to school tomorrow?
