Hi, I Was Denied Supplemental Life Insurance Due To Elevated

Hi, I was denied supplemental life insurance due to elevated liver enzymes.
ALT = 56
Alkaline Phosphatase = 179
GGT = 131

How concerning are these numbers? I am an otherwise healthy 53 year old female. All my other blood work was normal. I take the following medications: Progesterone (premenopausal), Phentermine and Toperimate for weight loss (temporarily for the last 5 months), Benedryl at night for drainage/allergies fairly regularly, fiber pills. Any advice? Thanks.
