Hi, I'm 19 years old now.
I've been having this weird reaction with cool weather since I'm 15. When it gets cold, I can feel something building up in the middle of my chest and slowly making me breathless. Sometimes, I felt sharp sudden pain on my chest (right or left, it changes all the time) when this happen. The worst I've been was in pain for 30 minites in my chest and I can hardly move. Usually it only pain for 5 to 10 minutes

Its kinda weird to me cause sometimes, the weather is not even cold, its moderate, yet I feel my body getting colder and then the above symptom happens again.

It gets more obvious when I feel frustrated or mad.

I went to a doctor but he says that it was only my body going through puberty but I'm already 19?
