Hi, I’m 48 And Recently Been Diagnosed With Moderate Cervical

Hi, I’m 48 and recently been diagnosed with moderate cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis, as well as carpal tunnel syndrome. While I’ve had pain in my lower back attributed to general disc degeneration for the last 10 years, recent MRI and xRays of my neck and lower back reveal some more serious issues. The pain in my neck is getting worse by the day, and my right hand/forearm/elbow has gone from going numb in the morning to a constant pain from my right “funny bone” to my wrist and into my fingers (middle, ring, pinky) that makes me feel nauseous. I’ve had hypothyroidism since I was 30, but the last 3 years my TSH test results have consistently been at or over 5.5, despite having synthroid Rx increased. I can’t help but wonder if all my symptoms are somehow related to the same problem... that may be wishful thinking. I have seen a GP, a pain doctor, a neurosurgeon, and a neurologist, and now I’m supposed to go back to the neurosurgeon (specifically for the carpal tunnel). Not an exciting story, but that’s my medical chart... suggestions? :\
