Hi! Im A 19 Year-old Female. A Few Days Ago

Hi! Im a 19 year-old female. A few days ago I tested positive for Chlamydia, but my doctor is also retesting just to make sure (I haven't gotten those results yet). I am in a relationship right now, but it is very unlikely I got it from him. He is a virgin, and we have not had vaginal or anal sex. I did give him oral sex once. I must have gotten from my first and only sexual partner, who is my ex (he had other partners before me). I had unprotected vaginal, anal, and oral sex with him about 3 years ago and that lasted till about a year and a half ago when we broke up. My questions are:
If I've had it for 3 years, has it damaged my body?
Could I have throat chlamydia? If so, would that be cured with regular chlamydia treatment?
Should my current boyfriend also be treated for Chlamydia because I might have had chlamydia in my mouth and I gave him oral?
Should he be treated because my vaginal fluids could have gotten on his penis when he touched my vagina and then touched his penis?
