Hi,
I'm live in Sweden, but I will move to south America, and i was wondering if you could help me with this question: how will I get use to the new change? In a 'health situation'? The new time will affect my metabolism or body condition? For ex. I usually don't eat after 18/17 o'clock. I sleep around 7 to 9 hrs. I train and do sport. Will my body automatically know the change and get use to eat like if nothing happened? Or will I gain weight or get tired (more then the usual). Should I do something before the change starts? Or let my body adapt for itself to this new timing or eating and sleeping and everything else?
I'm a 18 years old female. My weight is 53 and my height 1,57. If that helps on anything.. Anyway, I would appreciate a bit of information or some explanation or anything, and thanks.
