Hi I'm Looking For A Surgery For Genu Varum That

Hi I'm looking for a surgery for genu varum that doesn't require a lot of rehabilitation like a high tibial osteotomy. I had that at age 15 on my right leg 5 years ago, and it wasn't my favorite of the 2 operations I had (I had one failed surgery a year prior to this one). I know that since I'm only 20, I'm way too you g for a total or partial knee replacement. I also work as a waiter which requires a lot of use of my knee, so the HTO can't be an option for me, as I'd be away from work way too long. For the last 5 years I sorta just accepted my left legs bow, but I am aware of the rid in my older years so I do now want to get rid of it once and for all
