Hi, I've Been Expericing Small Twitches On Different Areas Of

Hi, I've been expericing small twitches on different areas of my body. Stomach, back, arms, feet, thighs, back of elbow, calf I went to the ER (I also suffer from high anxiety) and Dr. said more than likely due to stress and anxiety. I'm freaked out I may have ALS or MS. Pls help
