Hi, I've Been Experiencing Pain In My Right Side Under

Hi, I've been experiencing pain in my right side under the rib cage and across my abdomen from right to left sometimes. It all started when I feel from using a ladder about 5 years ago, I went to the hospital to have x rays taken and had scopes performed as well, all tests came back negative for any broken/fractured ribs, no inflammation of any kind. So a couple of weeks later I decided to try and smoke some marijuana to help with the discomfort and pain, after smoking for a few minutes my right side started going numb (rib cage to lower abdomen) my heart would start to race really fast as well. Before I fell from the ladder I smoked marijuana from time to time and it never caused my side any pain or discomfort in my abdomen at all. Just want to know what else I can do to figure out how to fix the problem.
