Hi, I've Been Having Some Pain In My Lower Left

Hi, I've been having some pain in my lower left quadrant lately. It happened just last week when I got slammed by a wave onto a rock. After I got up, I could barely walk and was in a huge amount of pain. Around 2 hours later I ended up with a big bruise on my lower left quadrant. Though it's been a week and I can kinda run and walk now, but every time I sneeze, it hurts for 3-4 sec as if I just got slammed again. Also, it's still purple and hurts when I sleep.
