Hi, I've Been Sick For Approximately A Week Now, And

Hi, I've been sick for approximately a week now, and I haven't had any stomach issues, but a bit nauseous. I've had a high fever, although my temperature is normal now, severe muscle fatigue and headaches that are completely horrible. I also have a very sore throat, and congestion. I tried gargling salt water to help my throat, but it made me throw up and my vomit was a very dark brown. I haven't had anything solid to eat in the past week, and I drank some soda before throwing up. Two days ago I saw trace amounts of blood in my mucus, but thought nothing of it because it wasn't a lot.
