Hi I've Noticed A Slight Bump On My Left Cheek

Hi I've noticed a slight bump on my left cheek I've looked at it and it appears to have some white possibly dead skin coming of it also two very small red spots that are not raised or irritating are close to it is this a cause for concern? A response would be much appreciated
