Hi. My 18 year old son checked himself into an inpatient psychiatric hospital 10 days ago when his suicidal thoughts (but no plan) and hopelessness made being alone NOT bearable for him. Diagnosed last year through a brain SPECT with ADD (temporal, inattentive, overfocused, and limbic) and Depression and PTSD (my husband died from leukemia when he was 9, plus 3 other significant traumas), he was given Lexapro (10mg) and Seroquel (100) when he entered the hospital; same dosages now in their 6 week residential program he started 3 days ago. The good news: He says he is feeling joy and happiness for the first time in 8 years since his dad passed. But what are the significant side effects for him that could have short or long term negative effects.?? YYYY@YYYY
