Hi, My grandmother suffers from dementia. She is immobile and wears diapers. When diaper gets filled, and if this is not noticed immediately, she forcecefully tears the diaper to take if off, spreading the content on the bed, walls and herself.

Is there anything that could help the situation, or prevent her from taking it off?
