Hi, My Husband, Who Has Had Diabetic Related Foot Pain

Hi,
My husband, who has had diabetic related foot pain for over ten years, uses 10 mg oxycodone oral tablet to control his foot pain. He uses 10 mg or 20 mg per pain attack. During allergy season, he uses allergy medicine (diphenhydramine hcl 25 mg per day) and his foot pain decreases and pain frequency decreases too . Could you explain the outcome of the allergy medicine.

Thanks,

Anna
