Hi-My Mother Is 89 Yrs. Old. She Has Vascular Dementia.

Hi-My mother is 89 yrs. old. She has vascular dementia. She takes Aricept, Namenda, Seroquel, Effexor, Synthroid, lisinopril. She was on Celebrex for arthritis but was taken off of it 3 weeks ago because of bleeding of her stomach (blood in her stool and nausea). Her geriatric doctor has just prescribed her Ultram for the arthritis because she is in constant pain. Is Ultram safe for her to take?
