Hi. My Son Has Been Dealing With Neuro And Uro

Hi. My son has been dealing with neuro and uro issues at least as far back as June, one thing after another, beginning with vision changes (right side), headaches, numbness, fatigue, confusion, then epididymitis and hydroceles (just removed). Just told he has neurogenic bladder and nodule on his pituitary gland. He also has some fluid filled lesions found on the MRI. They will repeat MRI in 4 months and blood work in a month. Should I be concerned? Do these nodules go away on their own?
