Hi, Since Almost A Month, I Am Suffering From Watery

Hi, Since almost a month, I am suffering from watery right eye. I wear contact lenses with power, left eye : -2.75 and right eye : -3.00. I got my eyes tested 6 month back and there was a decrease in my lens numbers from -3.00 and -3.25 in left eye and right eye, respectively. The watery eye has been occasional, but today i am feeling like I am not able to see clearly through my right eye with my specs/lenses on and much better when i don't put them on...However, there is no change in my left eye..I also feel little headache very rarely on my right side. I am a 30 year old women and have a healthy diet and weight...I have been eating carrots quite frequently since around an year. I am not sure, if my vision has improved or it is a symptom of an upcoming eye problem. Please advice.
