Hi, Almost 3 Weeks Ago I Broke My Navicular Bone

Hi, almost 3 weeks ago I broke my Navicular bone and 2 cuneiforms which were slightly misplaced. Since then I am in a boot with non weight bearing. In the evening the pain is worse but now I have a very sharp pain at the navicular area. Is that normal? I am not sure how long it takes that the pain will be less and if healing of bones is painful.
