Hi And Thank You So Much For Being There. I

Hi and thank you so much for being there. I am 68 and in very good health. My health problems are little nuisance ones such as arthritis, that being the most trouble in my life. I recently fainted, which is quite out of character and I was diagnosed with a low iron level for which I am on iron tablets. I am experiencing a sort of cramping in my fingers, especially the middle and ring fingers of my left hand, but also the last two digits on my left hand, to a lesser degree.
I want to know whether there could still be a deficiency in my diet, or whether this strange feeling in my fingers(not painful, just strange and sudden) is related to arthritis, which I have in my hands, amongst other places.
Thank you very much.
