Hi, can you suggest me a good sleep supplement, to change my sleeping patterns? O work whole night and go to sleep at 5 am in the morning, but I dont get my sleep instantly, it takes me almost 3 to 5 hours to get sleep. After getting up several times in between, tossing and turning, and wake up late in the evenings ( missing out on so many things anf the entire day). Tried breathing exercises too but still it does'nt work. Dont want to go for sleeping pills. Will a sleep supplement help me get proper sleep and get up on normal hours without feeling tired? Magnesium? Valerian root? Melatonin?
