Hi doc,
I am 21 years old, male and have been smoking on and off for about 3 years.
Recently I have had a fairly bad cough that started as a sniffly, cold—like illness.
In the past few 2 days I have noticed a small hard lump in the tip of my tongue, is this
anything in particular that I should worry about?
