Hi doctor, I am 28 years.Two years ago I was diagnosed with tubercular lymphadenopathy from ultrasound. Lymph nodes measured 28*16 mm in portal and peri pancreatic region. Then anti tuberculosis treatment started which continued for 6 months but then was stopped for 1 month because of jaundice. Then again after taking liver medicine it was recontinued and then I took Rcinex 450 mg for 8 months( but my weight was then 64 kg) and then the dose was increased to Rcinex600 mg, which I took for next 8 months. In this way, I took medicine for almost 21 months. Now my ultrasound is clear showing all nodes have been resolved in the region.

But now I went for ct scan of abdomen and lungs, in whivh abdomen ct shoeed discrete nodes with size of 13*9mm but nodes in lungs region showed some necrotic nodes in subcarnial region measuring 13*11 mm. Near bronchiole. I dint went for ct of lungs before.but i went for ultrasound which was clear, showed no lymph nodes. Now this new thing has arisen from the ct of lungs.

My fever is continous for almost last 2 years. It comes in the evening and goes in the midnight. It measured maximum upto 99.6 and 99.8
I completed the medicine course on 2nd feb 2016.
But still my fever persists although degree has decreased and the now maximum value is 99.2 or sometimes for 20 25 minutes ut hoes to 99.4 , otherwise it remains around 99.

improvement is there in my body weakness and fever has decreased to some level.


Now my questions are:

1. After taking so long medicine course, what may be the cause of fever.? Body weakness or what?

2. Necrosed lymph nodes means some bacteria are alive?? Do nodes calcify by increasing immunity of the body,if yes then how much time it may take.

3. Am I always prone to reinfection.?? Cannot anything be done to nullify this reinfevtion fear?
