Hi Doctor, I Have A Deviated Septum Which Is Slanted

Hi doctor, I have a deviated septum which is slanted to the right, I get severe migraines on the right side of my head, my nose is so blocked in the morning, I get nasal cycles (one minute my right nostril is blocked the next my left is or both are), and most of all, my breath is horrible. I feel a superfluous amount of mucus in my throat which I believe is causing the rancid smell.I have good oral hygiene and I have taken a sinus test and nothing was wrong. I have read about people having a septoplasty done and it cured them of their symptoms, so im wondering since I am having a septoplasty in about 2 months, Will this cure me of my symptoms and prevalently my bad breath?
