Hi doctor, Ihave admitted my wife in a hospital regarding vomits and giddiness theytreated and told us its a positional vertigo and then they have done some tests like blood test, x ray,brain scan, audiometry, champ test and everythin came negative and now they r saying its not BPPV, not neural problem and not an ear problem there is something else but they r not confident wat can Ido now
