Hi doctor, my wife is ill, there is deficiency of iron in her blood. she is aged 35 years old. she had liver problem, all the reports are normal now but only deficiency of iron, docotr advised Cap. fefolvit, Cap Evion, Tab Citalo 10 mg. and Serc, she is taking all the medicine, but citalo is taken by mistake as 20 mg, just only one time doz, but diahorrea occured to her, hence she discotninued the citalo. please advise about the citalo, whether she should continue it or not.
