Hi dr i had a knee injury and had a complex medial tear of 1cm. I consulted 2 docs one said to go for surgery if not the tear may increase and the other said to choose physiotherapy if it dont work then surgery.what do you suggest if PT works well? If i avoid does the tear increases?
