Hi , I Actually Have A Dark Straight Line Starting

Hi , i actually have a dark straight line starting from my jawline to the corner of my lips , on the left and on the right side of my face , i just want to know what cause it to appear and is there a way to get rid of it?, i had it since i was in preschool , now i'm in high school.
