Hi , I Am Hesistant To Get My 6 Years

Hi , i am hesistant to get my 6 years old on concerta medication, that was prescribed to her together with therapy twice a week. My child can focus on school most of the timebut when he already knows the topic that is the time that he loses his focus.. will it be possible that I try therapy first without the medication?
