Hi, I Had A Herniated Disc 11years Ago, Had Surgery

Hi, i had a herniated disc 11years ago, had surgery as told only option to get power back in my leg, it worked got power back but since then i have had 3 more slipped discs had epidural on second last on , think that went wrong as nerve pain after it was brutal. With present on i hav lost feeling in my wee toe and next toe, hav pain in toes when going to toilet, what do i do is this a serious factor? Thanks in advance.
