Hi, I Have A Cut On The Corner Of My

Hi, i have a cut on the corner of my lip and it seems to be infected and quite painful to even open my mouth and has formed a scab. Without thinking properly i dabbed a small amount of undiluted house-grade dettol on a tissue and just dabbed the cut, i did not swallow any but it burned for a little. What might happen?
