Hi, I Have An Excess Skin On The Labia Minora

Hi, i have an excess skin on the labia minora of the left side. It's about one inch. I am 31 years old, virgin, i have just noticed it 3 months ago. What shall i do? Do i have to remove it by labioplasty or it may affect me sexually? I don't know if i have to remove it before marriage, or i can just leave it, it does not hurt at all or make any problem to me and i want to know the causes of this extra skin
