Hi.. I Want To Ask That What Can I Use

Hi.. i want to ask that what can i use for pimple marks instead of clop g... at first i was using clop g and i got good result but unfortunately now i am not getting it in any pharmacy the told me their is some issue and also theg suggested me to usw clop gm neo... shall i use it and if no then what should i use so i can get good and fast result.
