Hi Im A 23 Yr Old Female And I Have

Hi im a 23 yr old female and i have an irritation in my vaginal area.. Few days ago i shaved as i always have and i came up with a shaving rash not serious and not what im used to it was incredible itchy to the point it would awake me during the night ive delt with that over the last few days and now all of a sudden my groin area is really sore. It first started on the outside of my vagina a slight pain then 2hrs later.. im now dealing with groin pain and i still have my rash i have assumed i may have an infection due to shaving.. (also i have no pain inside the vagina)
